- Prepare 3/4 cup of evaporated milk.
- Prepare 400 ml of condensed milk.
- You need 3 tbsp of soft butter.
- You need 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

- In a saucepan mix milk, condensed milk well. If you find it too sweet, you can slightly reduce condensed milk quantity, do not reduce a lot else Fudge will not form.Add cinnamon, butter and mix well.
- Grease a square or rectangular dish. Best line with parchment paper to ease out the Fudge.
- Heat mixture over low medium heat stirring constantly. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Since this contains condensed milk, this needs to be constantly stirred and cooked over low heat else it will easily burn.
- Once it starts thickening, add almonds and mix well.
- You can add food colours too to make it look beautiful. This is optional.
- Once mixture starts leaving sides of the pan, switch off.
- Pour the mixture into prepared pan. Level evenly. You can add nuts or sprinkler if desired on top.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set. Cut into desired shape and serve.
