- You need of condensed milk.
- Prepare of hung curd.
- Prepare of milk.
- You need of cornflour.
- It's of chopped nuts.

Eggless Caramel Custard step by step
- Mix hung curd, milk and condensed milk and beat it well..
- Now add cornflour, essence and chopped nuts. And mix it well and keep it aside..
- Now in a pan add sugar and water hand heat it till sugar gets caramalized.
- Grease the pudding mould and pour in the caramel..
- Allow the caramel to set and now pour in the hung curd mix..
- Now you can steam it in pressure cooker (remove the whistle) or microwave it or even you can use Idli cooker to steam the pudding..
- If using microwave then bake it at 140 deg cel. for 10 minutes. If using pressure cooker and removing the whistle steam it for 15 minutes..
- Now after 5 minutes de-mould the pudding and dig in right away !!.
