- You need of Refined flour.
- It's of Milk.
- It's of Sugar.
- Prepare of Vanilla essence.
- You need of Vinegar.
- It's of Butter at room temperature a big cube.
- It's of Baking powder.
- Prepare of Baking soda.
- It's of Cocoa powder.
- Prepare of Cream cheese.
- It's of Pink food colour.
- You need of Dark chocolate a small piece.

Pour glaze over cake, letting it run over sides; spread gently with an offset spatula or table knife to coat. Grease and flour bundt pan, set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix and chocolate chips. In another bowl, combine water, eggs, and vanilla mixing well.
Chocolate glazed cake instructions
- First take a bowl and make buttermilk by mixing vinegar and butter in milk.
- Mix butter, sugar, vanilla essence and food colour in another bowl.add buttermilk mixture in this vanilla mixture.
- Mix refined flour and cocoa powder and mix in the above batter by seiving through a strainer as the cocoa powder is very clumpy..add baking powder, baking soda and give a good mix to combine the whole batter very well.
- Divide the batter into two same sized containers and microwave fo' 5 minutes..put out the cake from the microwave and insert a toothpick to check whether it's baked or and't..if toothpick comes out clean it means cake is baked perfectly other wise bake fo' another 1 minute more..let the cake cool down completely.
- Fo' frosting _mix cream cheese, room temprature butter, powder sugar, vanilla essence, drop of pink food colour and little bit of milk to set the consistency of frosting..blend all together with the help of a blender to get a smooth-creamy frosting.
- Fo' ganache _mix white chocolate,brown chocolate, little milk, 2-3drops of red food coloring and microwave 30-30 seconds 2-3 time while stirring till the chocolate melts in the milk and no chocolate granules left.
- Remove a thin crust from the cakes and moist with simple sugar syrup..apply a thick coat of cream cheese frosting and spread with the help of a palette knife then place the other piece of cake over it and apply cream cheese frosting all around and over the cake..keep the frosting smooth by continous scrapping with the help of a scrapper.
- Drizzle chocolate ganache over frosted cake and slightly spread with spatula or a spoon.
- Finely decorate with some sliced grapes and a piece of cherry on top.
- Keep in fridge fo' about 2 hours to chilled.
- Serve as u wish.
